ORDERS: After an order is placed at MyCigs.Net, the customer is automatically
notified by E-mail when we approve and ship his/her order (Please make
sure your e-mail filter allows mail from support@MyCigs.Net). Please,
notice that we do not ship orders within 24 hours to give the Customer a
possibility to change, update or cancel his/her address and/or the order
items. In such cases, those customers must immediately send us an e-mail
with his/her changes. The order number must be enclosed when writing
about changes in the order. Otherwise, order will be sent using primary
introduced information.
There is no limit when purchasing at MyCigs.Net. The order quantity is left to the discretion of customers who must be aware of the laws in force in their country and the sanctions they may incur. For first-time customers a large quantity order is not accepted. The maximum quantity for a first-time order is 12 cartons. ORDER LIMIT:

www.MyCigs.Net, are accepted for payment via VISA by "TELETRANSINFO"

card numbers are not kept by the company.
DELIVERY: All orders will be despatched within 24 hours of order.
SHIPPING INFO: All orders are shipped after 24 hours once your credit card has been
validated, excluding weekends and holidays. The cartons are shipped in
parcels (one parcel not more than 6 cartons). In the event that your
order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a
rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days,
there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. The time
between the first and the last parcel delivery is in average 5 to 10
days. We can't send you a single parcel containing more cartons, because
it would be subject to duty since the width and value would not fall
within the prescribed international parameters.
GUARANTEE: We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. In the case of non receipt and/or damage to the goods www.MyCigs.Net will not authorise any refunds until a full investigation has taken place. We are unable to complete these actions until a period of 30 days
has passed due to the post offices tracking procedure. All orders should also be
insured by your credit card provider.
REFUNDS:
In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by
the Customer, the Company will replace it immediately following our
subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is not possible we will make
a full refund of the purchase price. Such Goods must be returned to us
within 10 days of receipt. The Customer will be responsible for
arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be
on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement . Should your
goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to refund any money
until the appeals procedures have been undertaken and confirmation of
the outcome has been received within seven days of its conclusion in
writing to the Company. In the unlikely event that goods are not
subsequently returned to you by the Customs and Excise, and having
complied with the Company's Terms and Conditions, we will replace your
order FREE OF CHARGE.
RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us.
Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied
with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or
incorrect, let us know via our support e-mail and we will give you
return instructions. Then, return the unused merchandise within 10 days
of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your credit
card. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return
transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's
account without subsequent reimbursement. MyCigs.Net is not responsible
for the errors made by Customers while placing an order, i.e. wrong
brand, types in or faulty shipping address. MyCigs.Net cannot be held
responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or
owing to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing
process.
CHARGEBACK POLICY: Taking into account the fact that our cigarettes are shipped from Europe, we would like to warn you about possible delays. We kindly ask you to get in touch with us immediately whatever problems might occur and not to cancel transactions by filing disputes with your credit card company. If there is any kind of problem we will always seek a solution resulting in either a refund or a replacement of your order.
It's worth mentioning that such unjustified measures force us to refuse future purchases from customers attempting or threatening to do so. If you place an order in our store you agree on our established policy and rules and should you have any troubles you are obliged to inform us primarily. Otherwise, disputes will be contested. We always try to do our best to make our customers satisfied and their understanding and cooperation are deeply appreciated. ACCEPTANCE: On confirmation of
